Leading the Future – PowerWomen Network Summit

This is a summit of its time.

Leaders face a critical choice. Do we cling to the playbooks of the past to anchor our confidence, or do we lean in, reimagine and reinvent?

Together we explore how to navigate the leadership shift at speed: combining insight, courage and practical tools to accelerate, never retreat, in the face of uncertainty and breakneck change.

This summit brings together cross‑sector, multi‑generational leaders to explore what it really means to lead the future. It is designed for those who want to lead with clarity, curiosity, direction, transparency, and resilience — and who recognise that the future of leadership will be shaped not by one generation or industry alone, but by shared learning across them all.

Through provocative keynotes, practical breakouts and honest dialogue, we will unpack leading with direction, transparency and impact in times of relentless change.

The programme is structured around four defining pillars:

Innovation, AI and Transformation

How AI and emerging technologies are reshaping business models, work, and society — and what this demands of us as leaders.

The Leadership Shift at Speed

The shift in the way we lead: moving from control to clarity, from caution to courage, and from status to substance — enabling our organisations to accelerate rather than retreat.

Multi‑Generational Insight and Influence

Recognising that wisdom does not only come from the top: how leaders at every stage of their career contribute perspective, challenge, and creativity.

Leading with Purpose, Transparency and Impact

What the future may hold for our workforces, organisations and societies — and how we lead with direction, resilience, and impact, grounded in purpose.

How to register

We are offering three ticket types:

Network Member

£75

Rising Star*

£40

Ally Pass**

£95

* Rising Star — We encourage members of the PowerWomen Network to bring two Rising Stars. We are loosely defining a ‘Rising Star’ as an executive who is 1 or 2 steps away from a C-suite seat. We really want a vibrant mix of female, male and non-binary executives — indeed, however they may identify. On checkout, please buy each Rising Star ticket individually and provide names and email addresses for summit communications.

** Ally Pass — We welcome all allies of diverse leadership and have made a small allocation for friends or associates of the network. On checkout, we ask them to name a network member.

Please select your correct ticket type at registration.

PowerWomen Network

The PowerWomen Network was founded by Tanuja Randery CBE, who recognised the need for a trusted community of very senior female leaders.

Connecting across industries, the network brings together highly experienced professionals who offer diverse insight into development and leadership challenges. Tanuja has carefully curated the network to remain intentionally small, ensuring that every member knows one another and fostering the intimacy required for open and meaningful conversations.
